Not sports coaching. Not corporate wellness. Not performance theater.

Your business has an operating system. So do you.

Most advice begins at the surface: sleep more, exercise regularly, manage your calendar, reduce stress. The advice is often correct. The difficulty is making it work inside a life already crowded with responsibilities and competing priorities.

Foundations of Performance begins one level deeper. We examine the conditions that make good work possible, determine where change will create the greatest return, and build changes that can hold under real pressure.

One constraint at a time.

You do not need to optimize your entire life. You need to find the part of the system that is holding the rest back.

01

See the whole picture

Map the demands, resources, routines, and tensions shaping your present capacity.

02

Define what the work is for

Clarify the role you want work to play—and the life it is meant to support.

03

Find the central constraint

Identify the issue most responsible for limiting the rest. You do not need to improve everything at once.

04

Build a workable plan

Make a small number of changes designed for busy weeks and imperfect conditions.

05

Review and adapt

Learn from what changes, what does not, and why. Revise the plan as your circumstances evolve.

The person in context—not a wellness checklist.

For people carrying responsibility they cannot put down.

Foundations of Performance is designed for owners, founders, and senior leaders in small businesses who are performing adequately—or exceptionally—but suspect the current method has a cost.

Not business consulting

We will not tell you how to run your company.

Not clinical care

This does not replace medicine, psychotherapy, or crisis support.

Not generic wellness

The aim is not participation metrics. It is durable change in a high-stress life.

Not AI

The work is human: grounded in conversation, judgment, and relationship.

Not sports coaching

This is not athletic training or coaching for competition.

Whole-person thinking, translated for smaller businesses.

The program is informed by the Hintsa philosophy: sustainable achievement rests on strong foundations, and the different parts of a person’s life cannot be addressed responsibly in isolation. Sagittura translates those principles into a focused, practical process for leaders whose businesses and personal lives are tightly intertwined.

Two perspectives on the same person.

Identity, values, and purpose

Christian Rawles

Christian is an ICF-certified, Presence-Based coach who helps entrepreneurs clarify what they actually want and build a life and business that reflect who they are. He works with the identity-level factors beneath performance: values, purpose, self-awareness, internal patterns, and an individual definition of success.

Before coaching founders and leaders, Christian co-owned and ran outdoor-apparel company Ambler with his wife for 15 years. He brings firsthand knowledge of both the freedom and the weight of building a smaller business around a life.

Capacity and physical foundations

Scott Semple

Scott is a sports coach, writer, and former national-level athlete. He is Hintsa-certified and has coached people ranging from competitive athletes to founders and investment professionals.

Scott works primarily with the practical and physical conditions that support demanding work: energy, recovery, sleep, activity, attention, routines, and the interaction among them. His approach is analytical without being reductive: measurement can inform the work, but the work is never reduced to a measurement.

Start with a conversation

What is making the work harder than it needs to be?

The first step is a short conversation about what is happening, what you want to change, and whether this approach fits.
